For those who like to experiment, we shoot several types of PAROHÁČ beer. So you can try not only the classic light or semi-dark lager, but also a dark or wheat special and top-fermented beer of the British type Indian Pale Ale.
The beer is brewed in a 2-3 mash manner using the classic technology in a brewery with a volume of approx. 500 l, where one batch lasts approx. 10 hours. We use water from the source of the White Elbe for cooking.
The brewery’s brewery is located in the area of the former wine bar, which is decorated with a historic fresco from 1940, which perfectly underlines the beauty of copper breweries.
